Our History
Founded in 2018 in accordance with the Kyrgyz Republic's "Digital Transformation Strategy 2017-2025", through the initiative of the Jalal-Abad Regional Government and the National Academy of Sciences. Under the leadership of its first rector, Dr. Askar Sarybaev, the university has become a leading institution in digital technologies.
In 2022, the university gained provisional membership in the European University Association (EUA), and in 2023 received Bologna Process program accreditation.
